Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for someone who is confident recommending menu items and comfortable with upselling to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Recommend menu items, cocktails, wine, and desserts
- Upsell confidently through personalized recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages while ensuring excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with upselling and sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Smart Serve certification preferred
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
