Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality esthetic services tailored to each guest
- Actively promote and sell retail products; meeting retail targets is a key part of this role
- Educate guests on home-care routines and product benefits
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, dispensary, and common areas
- Assist with laundry, stocking, and daily spa operations as required
- Uphold Damara Day Spa service standards and guest experience expectations
