We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers and Drivers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient relocation of furniture, equipment, and other items for our clients.
This is a physically demanding and rewarding role, that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and other items to and from designated locations
- Pack and wrap items to ensure their protection during transportation
- Assist with disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth moving process
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Deliver a high level of customer service with the ability to overcome customer concerns onsite
- Work with a team of hardworking achievers
- Take pride in doing great work
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or damage to property
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in moving or related field is preferred but not required, on the job training is provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work within a team and interact with clients
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, for Driver position applicants
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
Experience:
- delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)
