I’m a Montreal-based content creator specializing in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and interior design, and I’m looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to join my growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes of an established personal brand, gaining firsthand experience in influencer marketing, content production, brand partnerships, and social media strategy while helping bring creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
As my Content Creator & Social Media Assistant, you will:
- Assist with content planning, organization, scheduling, and maintaining a content calendar.
- Help capture high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Assist with pre-production and post-production, including planning, organization, shoot preparation, and execution.
- Help style products, prepare locations, organize props, and set up photoshoots and filming days.
- Create mood boards, shot lists, and contribute to creative direction for campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Research social media trends, viral content, emerging platforms, and innovative content opportunities.
- Source products, props, locations, and creative inspiration for upcoming projects.
- Design graphics, presentations, or visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments or messages when required, and help foster community engagement.
- Track content performance using platform analytics and provide insights to optimize future content.
- Assist with affiliate platforms such as LTK and ShopMy.
- Help coordinate brand partnerships, product deliveries, gifting, and campaign timelines.
- Perform occasional administrative tasks that help keep the business organized and running smoothly.
- Bring fresh ideas, creative solutions, and enthusiasm to an ever-evolving digital environment.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is currently studying Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, Digital Media, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Has a genuine passion for social media, influencer marketing, digital storytelling, and content creation.
- Has an excellent eye for aesthetics, photography, composition, and design.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is proactive, resourceful, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is bilingual (English and French) — considered an asset.
- Is available approximately 10–25 hours per week.
- Has experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, LTK, ShopMy, or similar platforms (considered an asset).
- Has a basic understanding of social media analytics, SEO, and digital marketing principles (an asset).
