What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Line Cooks
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience for Sous Chef applicants
- Experience in busy, full-service sit-down restaurants is required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, organization, and kitchen systems
- Passion for quality, consistency, and teamwork
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Food Safe Certification is considered an asset
- Experience with premium casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants is highly preferred
