Responsibilities:
1. **Chill Customer Chats:**
- Kick back and chat with customers, helping them find the perfect cannabis products that match their vibe.
2. **Keeps Up with Product Knowledge:**
- Keep up with the latest and greatest in the cannabis scene, from the dankest strains to the coolest trends.
3. **Smooth Sales Moves:**
- Be the maestro of sales using our laid-back Point of Sale (POS) system, Cova. Knowing the ropes is a bonus.
4. **Dispensary Zen Zone:**
- Keep the shop looking crisp—clean, organized, and welcoming.
5. **Educate with Ease:**
- Share your wisdom on the responsible and enjoyable use of cannabis products, helping customers navigate their high times.
6. **ID Check :**
- Checking IDs to make sure everyone's old enough to join the cannabis party.
7. **Inventory Vibes:**
- Help keep the good times rolling by making sure our stock is always in the groove. Keep those shelves dancing with variety!
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 19+ years old with a valid Selling It Right (no exceptions – we're serious about this one).
- Bring your A-game in customer service and rock those communication skills.
- Know your stuff when it comes to cannabis strains, products, and how to have a good time responsibly.
- Be on top of cannabis regulations and follow the flow of compliance standards.
- Ride the wave in a fast-paced environment with a smile on your face.
- Bonus points if you know your way around Cova, our POS system.
- Pay attention to details, especially when it comes to transactions and inventory. We want everything running smooth.
