Incline Physio is a physio clinic that aims to provide clients with an exceptional experience. The clinic is easily accessible with ample on-site parking. Our clinic fosters a positive work environment focusing on mentorship and collaboration.
We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. The schedule will be as follows:
- Mondays from 11:30am-8pm
- Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:30pm-8pm
- Saturdays from 9am-3pm
The anticipated start date is August 10, 2026.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring efficient, professional, and organized operation of the clinic
- Greeting clients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner
- Initiating, organizing, and maintaining patient files and assisting clients with scheduling appointments
- Performing administrative duties that include answering phone calls and emails, scanning/faxing documents, processing incoming and outgoing documents, uploading documents, processing payments, record keeping, managing incoming and outgoing referral processes, cleaning treatment areas and general tidying/cleaning of the clinic.
- Third Party, MVA, WCB, and Private billing and collection
- Maintain, protect, and comply with privacy and confidentiality for all clients and staff in accordance with the Health Information Act
The successful candidate will have the following requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience working in a physio clinic/medical office/health & wellness environment an asset
- Experience working with Jane app an asset
