Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain front desk operations, including reservations, billing, and documentation
- Address guest concerns or complaints with tact and effective problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold hotel policies and standards of hospitality excellence
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Experience
- Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and guest services software is desirable
- Previous hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
