Colbourne Ford is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing dealership team. Key Responsibilities:
- Present and arrange vehicle financing options for customers.
- Complete credit applications and secure approvals through lenders and financial institutions.
- Present and sell F&I; products, including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP coverage, tire and wheel protection, key replacement, and other dealership offerings.
- Ensure all finance and insurance documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer purchase experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and product providers.
- Review and finalize vehicle purchase and lease agreements.
- Achieve departmental sales and profitability objectives while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Follow dealership processes and manufacturer compliance requirements.
