We're looking for experienced, energetic, and personable bartenders to join our fast-paced nightclub team. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and enjoy the energy of nightlife, we'd love to meet you.
This is an excellent opportunity for bartenders who are confident working busy weekend crowds and want to maximize their earning potential. Extremely lucrative tips, hourly starting at $18.25-$22.00 per hour.
Available Shifts
- Nightclub: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Evening Bar: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Private Event Space: Fluctuating Times
Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts in our private event space, including weddings, corporate events, concerts, and special functions.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the TouchBistro POS system to process orders and payments.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout your shift.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and serve responsibly in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Work closely with servers, security, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
- Follow all food safety, liquor service, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a busy restaurant, pub, or nightclub.
- Ability to work confidently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Experience with POS systems (TouchBistro experience is an asset).
- Accurate cash-handling and basic math skills.
- Knowledge of responsible liquor service and food safety practices.
- Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
