Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for business development, and experience in B2B sales, particularly within the construction industry. Duties
- Identify and prospect new clients through strategic outreach and networking efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate pricing, and terms to close sales effectively
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share
- Manage sales pipeline using Hubspot or similar CRM tools for tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving targets
- Proficiency in French and English is a significant advantage for serving diverse markets
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanour
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
