Day to day requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Support, guide and answer questions throughout customers journey in store and over the phone
- Process transactions and orders
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Complete tasks as assigned by store managers
- Maintain inventory and stock
- Verify IDs
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 19+ as per Ontario law
- Criminal background check
- CannSell Training Certificate (an asset prior to interview)
