Heritage Office Furnishings is looking for an experienced and driven Workplace Consultant to join our team and help corporate clients create inspiring spaces! As a Workplace Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and expand the company’s customer base. You will be focused on generating leads, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. This is a high-energy, target-driven role where you will be expected to identify and secure new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, research, and other lead generation strategies.
- Managing Key Details: Prepare and manage quotes, ensuring accurate details of on-site information, payment methods, and additional charges.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Continuous Education: Expand your product knowledge through training platforms such as Steelcase University and manufacturer resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with support teams, partners and suppliers to create and present drawings, proposals and presentations.
- Client Acquisition: Initiate and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, and/or Diploma in Commerce, Business, or Sales/Marketing (preferred).
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 1 – 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- The ability to read blueprints/floorplans is an asset.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.

- We offer a competitive training wage of $70,000-$80,000 to start. Upon completion of the training period, compensation will transition to a full-commission-based structure, offering unlimited earning potential. #H1
