We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating rental transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Pay
- Commission-based only.
- 35% of the first month's rent once the lease is signed.
Location
The main location for this job is in the Greenfield Park and Longeuil area. It is essential for candidates to reside within this neighborhood to ensure that property visits and client meetings can be conducted effectively. Living within these neighborhoods will enable the Rental Agent to accommodate customers' schedules without the need for extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Advertise available units on social media platforms.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and rental terms.
- Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, landlords, and team members to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support sales management efforts by promoting available properties and following up with potential renters.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Sales management experience is a plus; the ability to promote properties effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
