Right now, we're excited to have openings for casual, on-call Childhood Educators for all of our branches.
NOTE: Although this is an on-call position, we expect to have quite a bit of work for you as you'll be working for all of our 3 centres- you can see the locations below. There is also the possibility of being hired permanently if a position becomes available.
This casual position is unique: you will be eligible for an on-call incentive as long as you don't decline shifts too often. This means you'll basically be paid even on the days you don't work! Details will be shared with selected candidates.

- Glamorgan Centre: 3131 45 Ave SW Calgary, AB T3E 8A7
- Aspen Centre: 104, 350 Aspen Glen Landing SW Calgary, Alberta T3H 0N5
- University District Centre: 4101 University Ave NW Calgary, AB T3B 6K3
Centre hours are from 7 am -6 pm Monday to Friday.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Familiarity with the FLIGHT curriculum and Emergent curriculum.
- Must be available to attend shifts on short notice.
- Must be willing to work at and reliably commute to all of our locations.
- Enthusiasm and energy that's contagious.
- Genuine love for working with kids.
- Flexibility, positivity, and a team player mentality.
In addition, candidates must have:
- A clear criminal record checks with a vulnerable sector screening.
- A Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 ECE certificate: REQUIRED
- Standard Childcare First Aid and CPR training certification: REQUIRED
