What You'll Do
As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the biggest purchasing decisions they'll make while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Following the dealership sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Educating customers on vehicle features, technology, financing, and leasing options
- Creating engaging video walkarounds and communicating with customers through digital platforms
- Following up with leads and maintaining a strong customer database
- Working closely with management to develop monthly sales goals
- Staying current on Ford products, market trends, and manufacturer training
- Maintaining dealership standards for customer satisfaction, sales volume, and profitability

Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train the right individual with the right attitude and ambition.Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
- OMVIC Certification (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Earnings: $39,500 - $110,000+ per year
