We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Generator to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calling to generate qualified appointments for our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills within a fast-paced environment that values professionalism and results.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls using CRM software to identify and qualify potential clients
- Engage prospects with effective communication, emphasizing the value of our services
- Utilize marketing strategies and warm calling techniques to generate interest and appointments
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and company goals
- Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM systems such as Zoho/Apollo.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and provide additional information
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities through outbound outreach
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of technology or business development sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques
- Excellent command of English with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to meet and exceed targets

Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 Years experience in an outbound call center / telemarketing environment absolutely required. No exceptions.
- Proven successful experience in closing

NOTE – This position is onsite, and work must be performed from head office which is in Edmonton, Alberta. Absolutely no work from home is available for this position.
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
