Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, including conducting product demos when necessary
- Perform sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments with professionalism
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Apply basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Follow company policies on cashiering, time management, and communication etiquette to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and technical sales concepts is advantageous
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform cashiering functions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Good phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
