We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at Valley Honda in Woodstock, NB.
This role is responsible for the efficient, profitable, and customer-focused operation of the parts department within a fast-paced dealership environment. The Parts Manager will oversee inventory, purchasing, team leadership, and departmental performance, ensuring strong support for both retail customers and internal service operations.
Responsibilities and requirements:

Lead and manage all daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and profitability

Maintain optimal inventory levels through forecasting, purchasing, and inventory control processes

Monitor stock levels, manage obsolescence, and ensure proper parts storage, labeling, and organization

Order parts from OEM and approved vendors, managing backorders, returns, and vendor relationships

Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability and maximize shop productivity

Develop and implement processes to improve workflow, accuracy, and turnaround times

Establish pricing strategies and monitor margins to meet departmental profit goals

Track key performance indicators (sales, gross profit, inventory turns) and take corrective actions as needed

Lead, coach, and develop Parts team members, including hiring, training, and performance management

Support retail and wholesale parts sales, building strong relationships with customers and partners

Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with dealership standards
Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive parts role, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and parts operations within a dealership environment

Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Schedule:
7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
