Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Operations GM, the Operations Support Admin (OSA) provides administrative support to the Marler Operations management team.
Responsibilities
· Participate in a positive workplace culture.
· Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and implementing best practices to enhance company culture and operational efficiency.
· Adhere to the company’s health and safety program.
· Adhere to applicable company policies and procedures.
· Draft client QC packages from supplied field data.
· Create job specific Emergency Response Plans.
· Recording and allocation of fleet maintenance.
· Purchase order creation and liaising with 3rd party vendors.
· Processing equipment rentals.
· Document template creation and maintenance.
· General administrative support to the Operations management team.
Skills
· 3 years experience in an administration role, oil field service industry preferred.
· Business administration diploma, or equivalent preferred.
· Federal driver program experience.
· Proficient in all Microsoft suite programs and Adobe
This role is integral to maintaining efficient office operations and supporting our team’s success through exceptional administrative support.
Pay: From $63,500.00 per year
