Why this role matters
As a Room Attendant, you help shape every guest’s stay. A beautifully prepared room is more than clean — it reflects care, detail, and professionalism.
Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction, team efficiency, and the overall reputation of the Resort.
This is an active, hands-on role that requires consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
What you'll do

Clean and service guest rooms to Resort standards, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces

Change linens, make beds to presentation standards, and replenish amenities

Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for arrival

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly

Maintain hallways, storage areas, and service spaces in clean and organized condition

Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently

Manage time effectively to meet daily room quotas

Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and Front Desk to support guest needs

Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests when encountered
