Responsibilities

- Manage multiple sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) system operations.
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured items effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features, technical specifications, and usage tips.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus.
- Technical sales experience involving complex products or solutions will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively across multiple customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to build rapport with clients.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and performing simple calculations.
- Experience with cashiering, cash handling, POS systems, and merchandising standards is beneficial.
