Tiny Treasures Learning Centre is a non-profit early learning centre located in Grand Bay-Westfield, NB (E5K 1S3).
We are currently hiring for a full-time position, ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children.
This role offers rotating shifts of 7:00–4:00, 8:00–5:00, and 9:00–6:00.

Job Description: Early Childhood Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide a variety of learning experiences through play, art, music, and other activities
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and progress
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and understanding towards young children
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline
- Creativity in developing age-appropriate learning activities
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of student records and assessments
