What You’ll Do
- Dispense and review medications
- Provide patient counseling and medication reviews
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy standards

What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills
- Retail pharmacy software experience (asset)
- A passion for community-based patient care

Compensation & Perks
- $60/hour – highly competitive for Alberta retail pharmacy
- Signing bonus (amount disclosed upon offer)
- Retention bonuses available
- RSP – 4% of base salary contributed to group RSP
- Short-term incentive plan (annual bonus for pharmacists, variable)
- 4 weeks total paid time off – 2 weeks vacation + 1 additional week + 4 personal days
