Job Description
We are seeking certified Traffic Control Persons (TCP) and Lane Closure Technicians (LCT) who are committed to safety, professionalism, and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing traffic control plans, establishing and maintaining safe work zones, and ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians at a variety of project sites.
What You’ll Do
· Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, signage, cones, barriers, and lane closures.
· Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through construction and work zones.
· Follow approved traffic control plans and ensure work zones remain compliant throughout the shift.
· Conduct ongoing site monitoring to identify and address potential safety hazards.
· Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, contractors, and the public.
· Complete daily documentation, including site reports, incidents, and equipment records.
· Support a strong safety culture by following company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
· TCP and/or LCT certification is preferred; training opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
· Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
· Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather and site conditions.
· Professional communication and customer service skills.
· Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
