TTII is a project driven Canadian outsource company that has international sales and works with international suppliers in the synthetic turf industry.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for senior level project coordination. She/he will be responsible for the overseeing of projects, from quoting through to final jobsite delivery.
Scope & Responsibilities
- Quotation of customers on per-project basis utilizing various suppliers throughout North America (in conjunction with the Manager when required). Margins follow established guidelines/framework.
- Will involve a close-working relationship with specific category accounts
- Initiating, building, maintaining customer relationships (in assigned product divisions)
- Quote follow-up; project follow-up
- Keeping the database up to date and inputting new information immediately.
- Coordination and monitoring of sales/projects between suppliers and customers (product and freight arrangements.)
- Documentation of completed jobs to be sent to the Accounting Department for processing of invoices.
- Assist accounting and/or accounts payable department with paperwork as required.
- Ensuring company documentation and records are kept up-to-date.
- Monitoring product quality control by receiving & reviewing product supplier’s sieve analysis documents to ensure quality control is met. Resolve with suppliers if not in specification.
- Assist with sending product samples to customers as required.
- Assist in other product divisions as required – and provide product support with other TTII products.
- Other related duties.
Experience
- Post-secondary education business, sales or related field preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in sales coordination, project coordination or logistics
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE Edwards preferred)
- Must have strong computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Access
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle and resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Ability to train, support, and share knowledge with team members as needed
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Compensation
The total expected compensation range is posted. Placement within that range will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
Pay: $46,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
