Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Assistant TSR to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our customer service operations within the insurance and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and familiarity with project management tools. As an integral part of our team, you will help manage client accounts, facilitate customer relationships, and support sales initiatives through effective account management and analysis. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in SaaS platforms like Salesforce, while contributing to the growth of our marketing and customer service efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer accounts by providing timely support and resolving inquiries related to insurance products and services
- Utilize Salesforce and other Epic tools to track customer interactions, update account information, and generate reports for analysis
- Support project management activities by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling insurance products
- Conduct analysis of customer data to identify trends, opportunities, or areas for improvement in service delivery
- Provide administrative support for client onboarding, policy renewals, and documentation processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights gained from customer interactions and data analysis
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service within the financial services or insurance industry is preferred
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions related to account management or marketing automation is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making
- Background in marketing or account management roles will be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$75,881.55 per hour
