Responsibilities

- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring timely service.
- Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Process cash handling transactions efficiently while providing excellent guest services.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their dining experience.
Skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is preferred.
- Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain health standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- A helpful attitude towards guests and team members alike.
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering responsibilities is advantageous.
