We are looking for a motivated professional to support our daily office operations. This role involves general administrative tasks, customer service, and working with our order management system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, schedule appointments, coordinate communication between clients and the factory and assist customers with order pickups.
- Client Communication: Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their needs for customized products and parts.
- Administrative Tasks: Utilize the order management system to input data and generate quotes, maintain a clean environment, and manage shipping orders.
- Factory Procedures: Provide basic customer service and assist with opening and closing procedures at the factory.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with various duties as directed by supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to process and manage data accurately.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Additional Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
