We are looking for people for day shift- Assembly and Afternoon shift in engraving.
Day shift is 7:30am-4pm Monday- Friday
Afternoon Shift is 2pm-12am Monday- Thursday
Assembly role:
- Working individually to build and wire a panel
- Reading wiring diagrams and building/wiring to that diagram
- Working at own pace to complete the panel
Engraving role:
- Using computer program to set information to be engraved on panel
- Sharping and cleaning tools and machine as needed
- Knowledge of CNC an asset
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal, and effective leadership & coaching skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Ability to comfortably lift a minimum of 50lbs on occasion
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time and reach with arms/hands. Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items is required. Some lifting is required.
