Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Catering Server to join our team. Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Set up and tear down catering events , including arranging tables, linens, and serving ware
- Assist with food presentation and presentation of buffet or plated meals
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas throughout events
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions and accommodating special requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of catering events
- Break down service stations after events and assist with cleanup
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industries preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies as required
Pay: $15.80-$20.00 per hour
