We’re a busy, high-end downtown clinic looking for a skilled RMT, Physiotherapist, and/or TCM practitioner to join our collaborative, recovery-focused team, where patient care is primary. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to individual goals and treatment needs
- Perform thorough assessments and create effective, evidence-informed treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical charting and documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, mobility, and long-term wellness strategies
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, communication, and care
- Manage schedules efficiently while maintaining strong treatment standards
- Build and maintain positive long-term patient relationships and retention
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
- Stay current with continuing education and evolving best practices in your field
Experience
- Registered and in good standing with your professional college/association
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient communication skills
- Experience working with active, rehab-focused, or sports-minded patients is an asset
- Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary team setting
- Existing patient clientele or referral network is considered a strong asset
- Motivated to grow and maintain a busy practice within an established clinic

Pay: $60.00-$90.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
