What You'll Do
This is a true player-coach role.
You'll:
- Conduct in-home solar consultations and close your own sales.
- Prospect and generate opportunities when you're not in appointments.
- Coach and support our appointment setting team.
- Help recruit, mentor, and develop new sales professionals.
- Lead daily team meetings and field coaching.
- Work alongside ownership and sales leadership to help build systems, processes, and a winning culture.
You'll spend time selling.
You'll spend time coaching.
You'll help shape what this team becomes.

What We're Looking For
You don't need years of management experience.
In fact, we'd rather teach leadership than teach hunger.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Outside sales experience.
- A proven work ethic.
- Strong communication skills.
- A coaching mindset.
- The ability to lead by example.
- A desire to continue learning and growing.
Experience in residential solar, roofing, HVAC, telecom, or other in-home sales environments is an asset, but it isn't required.
Character, accountability, and the willingness to develop others matter more.
