Job description:
Front of House Supervisor (外場主管)
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house team members, including servers, cashiers, and hosts.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and manage labor efficiency according to business needs.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling operational costs.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SOPs.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, special events, and seasonal programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, cafe, or hospitality operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management in both languages.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
