Job Position & Role
1. Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, store managers, category managers, and Bar Managers.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customers within the territory, ensuring consistent communication and support.
2. Account Development
- Manage and grow existing accounts through tailored sales strategies and execution plans.
- Identify and open new business opportunities within the territory to expand brand presence.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify gaps, and execute corrective actions.
3. Distribution Growth
- Increase product distribution across all priority channels by securing new listings and ensuring proper product availability.
- Optimize shelf space, cold box presence, displays, and POS execution to enhance visibility and sales.
- Track distribution gains and losses, taking proactive action to maximize market coverage.
4. Channel Execution & Follow-Up
- Work across multiple channels (Grocery, Convenience, On-Premise, etc.) to ensure compliance with brand standards and execution guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support channel-specific initiatives and promotional activities.
- Provide timely reporting and follow-up on performance across channels.
5. Strategy Development Based on Data & Insights
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop territory strategies and action plans supported by data-driven decision making.
- Track KPIs and provide regular updates on performance, distribution, and execution.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must live in the territory
- Must have fully insured, reliable and appropriate transportation
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required
- 1 or more years’ selling or merchandising experience in a fast-paced consumer goods
- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, industry trends & competition a plus
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Must be a detail and results-oriented professional
- Proficient PC, iPad and MS Office skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
