About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. This role is essential to keeping the office running smoothly and supporting management and project teams with coordination, documentation, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management and office staff
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, document organization, and data entry
- Prepare and organize reports, letters, and internal documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and basic office logistics
- Assist with internal communication and follow-ups
- Maintain orderly records for projects, contracts, and administrative files
- Support basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks if required
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English, bilingual in Mandarin and English will be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Previous administrative or office assistant experience is an asset
