As a Beauty Specialist, you will deliver exceptional, personalized services in a luxurious environment, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and pampered. Your expertise in your specialty will be key to providing an outstanding experience and upholding our salon’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend tailored solutions in hair services.
- Perform high-quality services including advanced hair styling while adhering to the highest sanitation and safety standards.
- Offer expert advice on aftercare, maintenance, and product selection to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Upsell premium beauty products and additional services to maximize the client experience and salon revenue.
- Manage appointments, client records, and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment meet health and safety regulations.
- Foster lasting client relationships through exceptional service, communication, and follow-up.
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon or spa environment.
- Strong upselling and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a luxury experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
