Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing excellent guest service. This role is essential in ensuring a positive breakfast experience for our guests, contributing to the overall hospitality and satisfaction of our establishment.
Responsibilities
Early Morning starts
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or serving stations, ensuring they are stocked and appealing
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions, and provide friendly customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food handling duties responsibly, including proper storage and disposal of food items
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a tidy environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and guest service
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Kitchen experience including meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Guest services experience from hotel or hospitality settings is a plus
