Equipment Operator (Grader)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Grader Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment on construction sites. This position offers year-round employment based in and around Rocky Mtn House.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a grader, with or without GPS
- Perform tasks such as help build roads/leases as required.
-Grading lease roads and leases for multiple oilfield companies
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Work efficiently in outdoor environments and construction sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of mechanical operations related to heavy equipment.
- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions year-round.
- Safety certifications such as H2S, First Aid, CSO are preferred.
