This role involves leading daily store operations, delivering fast customer service and performing light maintenance. Key responsibilities include running the floor, managing the team and training new staff.
Job Responsibilities
Run the floor and ensure fast, friendly customer service.
Take charge of the store when Manager is away.
Train new team members and help manage inventory counts.
Handle opening and closing store procedures.
Keep the store, office and customer areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
High-energy, positive attitude with a focus on customer service.
No prior auto experience required; paid training is provided.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Comfort standing for long periods of time.
Valid drivers license.
Reliable method for getting to work.
2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
Ability to walk, stand, bend and work in hot/cold weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and awareness of your surroundings.
