Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bricklayer Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves working on various masonry and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixing of mortar and loading out, Materials distribution and clean up and scaffold experience of the construction site with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Prior experience with construction heavy equipment operation is a plus. This position offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic construction environment.
Duties
- Mix and apply mortar or concrete for various masonry applications
- Install rebar and metal studs as reinforcement for concrete and masonry structures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and material estimations
Experience
- Prior experience in construction site work preferred
- Experience operating power tools such as saws, drills, mixers, and heavy equipment is advantageous
- Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments with attention to detail and craftsmanship
