Tints & Tones Inc. is a local, established painting company hiring motivated individuals for a commission-based door-to-door sales agent position.
This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and looking to earn strong income in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Compensation
- Commission-based pay
- Earnings are performance-driven and competitive
- On average, representatives earn $900–$1,200+ per week
- Strong performers can earn $1,500–$2,000+ per week
- No cap on earnings
(Compensation structure and earning potential will be fully explained during the interview process.)
Responsibilities
- Canvass local residential neighbourhoods to introduce our services
- Speak professionally with homeowners and build rapport
- Gather information and book estimates for interested home owners
- Represent Tints & Tones in a positive, professional manner
We provide all training, materials, and targeted areas for canvassing.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is an asset (not required)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
- Smartphone for filling out Lead Forms
- Fluent English
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Schedule
- Flexible, part-time hours
- Typical availability we're looking for;
- Weekdays: ~3:30pm – 7:30pm
- Weekends: ~12:00am – 6:00pm
- 15–20 hours per week
