Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista/Customer Service professional to join our team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items following established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is A MUST training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining individual responsibilities

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
