Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tire and mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. This role involves performing tire installations, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Prior dealership or mechanic experience is highly valued, and candidates should be comfortable working with hand tools and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment dedicated to vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
No experience is required. We provide training. We are looking for someone to join pur team and grow with us long term. This is a year-round position, with guaranteed 40h paid, regardless of the quiet seasons.
We offer both mobile and garage services in the West Island of Montreal. A valid drivers licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles with precision and care
- Perform wheel balancing, and other related services
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during tire service procedures
- Support the team with general automotive maintenance tasks as needed
Skills
- Proven mechanic experience preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more) as required for tire installation and removal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety standards
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
