What You’ll Be Doing (The Day-to-Day)
You aren't just digging holes; you are the face of our company and a master of water efficiency. Your day will include:
- Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing complex issues on residential and commercial systems.
- Tech Upgrades: Installing modern irrigation timers, smart weather sensors, rain sensors, and flow sensors.
- System Optimization: Adjusting nozzles for perfect coverage and consulting with customers on smart watering solutions.
- Hands-On Repairs: Locating, excavating, and replacing damaged piping, valves, and components.
- Mobile Operations: Utilizing smartphones/tablets for scheduling, routing, and seamlessly processing customer payments.
- Proactive Planning: Conducting daily vehicle safety checks and keeping your service van fully stocked so you’re always set up for success.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated, full-time irrigation service and repair work.
- Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a reasonably clean driver’s abstract.
- Communication: Excellent listening and communication skills—you understand the customer's needs and the team's goals.
- Reliability: A rock-solid work ethic and the ability to show up every day ready to crush it.
- Forward Thinking: The ability to plan ahead, stay organized, and work independently.
