Overview
Seoul Gamasot Korean Restaurant is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Kitchen Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily kitchen operations, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, supporting cooks as needed, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as directed
- Prepare ingredients according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- All ages and genders welcome
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Thursday: 4:45 PM - 8:45 PM
Friday & Saturday: 4:45 PM - 9:45 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Sunday: 4:45 PM - 8:45 PM
