Pay: %55 split on the chair you work on + any tips made.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hairstylist/Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of hair services and committed to providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide haircuts, trims, and styling services for clients of all ages
* Perform beard trims, shaves, and grooming services (for barbers)
* Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations
* Stay up to date with current hair trends and techniques
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Handle appointments, walk-ins, and payments professionally
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a hairstylist or barber
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and creativity
