What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls and account inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering a positive experience
- Provide accurate information and account support
- Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve performance objectives
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Ability to multitask across multiple applications while speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Openness to coaching and continuous development
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:
- Supporting U.S.-based customers
- Auto finance or financial services experience
- Experience working with customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS or ESAT

Monday through Friday

37.5 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Must be available to work any shift between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM

- Clear criminal background check required before start date
