An established OEM automotive dealership group in the is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Director to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership finance and insurance operations
- Present financing, leasing, warranty, and protection products to customers
- Ensure all transactions comply with OMVIC regulations and lender requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
- Maximize finance department profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor finance team members where applicable
- Maintain accurate paperwork and funding processes
- Work closely with sales management to support dealership objectives
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Director within an OEM automotive dealership
- OMVIC certification required
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
