Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverages.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in managing customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is desirable but not mandatory.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
